DC Cebula is the sitting President, Leader, and Founder of the ACWRRHS. Since 2003 he has held this role and is the main coordinator and leader of the society. He is most well known for his freelanced Delaware Central Rail Road layout. He is also a member of the NMRA Philadelphia Division and has received certificates for his modeling & clinics.

Thom Radice is the sitting Vice-President and co-founder of the ACWRRHS. Since 2003 Thom has held this role and is versed and experienced with ACWRR and it's history. Most well known for his layout of the Western & Atlantic, circa 1863. Thom is by far the face of the ACWRRHS. Not only is he the Vice-President, he also hosts our monthly virtual meetings as well as the Turntable Discussions.
