Mike Willegal has been building a computerized HO scale layout of key City Point elements. His operating system is DC and he uses Mantua General locomotives. Hear how he is considering modifying his layout design and his thought process given his “druthers”.

The presentation will be about the Winchester and Potomac, the Baltimore and Ohio, and the Manassas Gap Railroad, and their time as the most contested lines between both factions in the war.
